MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure you meet the following MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS before submitting the below application:

  • Applicant must be able to pass a full and complete background check, including a credit check, a criminal background check, and an eviction history check.

  • Applicant must have a monthly household income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount.

  • Applicants with one or more felonies in their background WILL NOT be accepted/approved.

  • Applicants with one or more evictions in their background WILL NOT be accepted/approved.

  • In order to submit the below application, you will be required to enter a credit card or debit card to pay a non-refundable application fee of $30.00 PER ADULT.
