  • Applicant must have a monthly household income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount.

  • Applicants with one or more evictions in their background WILL NOT be accepted/approved.

  • In order to process the below application, you will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee of $50.00 PER ADULT.

  • Applicant is submitting the sum defined above for EACH ADULT, which is a NON REFUNDABLE payment for a credit check and processing charge of this application. Such sum is not a rental payment nor security deposit. This amount will be retained by the LANDLORD to cover the cost of processing the application as furnished by the applicant. Any false information will constitute grounds for rejection of application. This application will not be considered unless it is completed in its entirety.
